Robert, Vice Chair of NAPA, works as the Head of Seafood Purchasing and Sustainability at LDH (La Doria) Ltd. He joined the LDH team 35 years ago and has specialised in seafood for the last 15 years. As part of his role, he works with suppliers to improve sustainable practices within our industry to safeguard our oceans for future generations.

Leif Kjetil Skjaeveland (Cand. Philol.) is Skretting Norway’s Director for Sustainability and Public Affairs. Skretting is a world leader in the manufacture and supply of aquaculture feeds. Skjæveland works extensively with raw material challenges in both the supplier and retail sectors, as well as Skretting’s projects involving novel and circular ingredients. He is a trained historian and has ten years in the aquaculture industry with a background in scientific writing, journalism, sustainability and marketing & branding. Skjaeveland is also part of the official steering group for the Norwegian government’s mission on sustainable feed.

Anne Mette Bæk is the Executive Director of EFFOP – Marine Nutrients Europe, the international trade association representing European fishmeal and fish oil producers. She also serves as Executive Director of Marine Ingredients Denmark, the national association for the Danish fishmeal and fish oil industry.
With a strong background in food and fisheries policy, Anne Mette has extensive experience in public management, international relations, and political communication, drawing on her earlier career in the Danish Foreign Service.
Anne Mette has held several leadership and governance roles across the European fisheries sector. She is currently a board member of multiple European market and fishing organisations. From 2014 to 2021, she served on the IFFO Board of Directors, including terms as Vice President (2018–2019) and President (2020–2021).
